IL17RB is a cytokine receptor. This receptor specifically binds to IL17B and IL17E, but does not bind to IL17 and IL17C. This receptor has been shown to mediate the activation of NF-kappaB and the production of IL8 induced by IL17E.
Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
Target:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP6762c was selected from the Center region of human IL17RB. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
