Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 4, Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 3, PKC-delta-interacting protein kinase, RIPK4, ANKRD3, DIK
The protein encoded by this gene is a serine/threonine protein kinase that interacts with protein kinase C-delta. The encoded protein can also activate NFkappaB and is required for keratinocyte differentiation. This kinase undergoes autophosphorylation.
Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
Target:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7808b was selected from the C-term region of human ANKRD3 . A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
