Protein phosphatase 1M, Protein phosphatase 2C isoform eta, PP2C-eta, PP2CE, PPM1M, PPM1E
PPM1M is a member of the PP2C family of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases. PP2C family members are known to be negative regulators of cell stress response pathways.

The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP8469a was selected from the N-term region of human PPM1E. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
