TFPT component of the chromatin-remodeling INO80 complex which, in addition to chromatin remodeling implicated in crucial functions such as DNA repair, checkpoint regulation, DNA replication, telomemere maintenance and chromosome segregation. This protein appears to promote apoptosis in a TP53/p53-independent manner.

Target:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP9304a was selected from the N-term region of human TFPT. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
