Ginsenoside Rb3 is derived from Panax Notoginseng. Ginsenoside Rb3 inhibited NF-kappaB transcriptional activity induced by TNFalpha in 293T cell lines with IC50 of 8.2 µM. Ginsenoside Rb3 also inhibited the induction of COX-2 and iNOS mRNA.
