Product Description

Ursodiol reduces cholesterol absorption and is used to dissolve (cholesterol) gallstones with an IC50 of 0.22 µM. Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), which reduces FXR and closes the ACE2 channel. It can be used to construct animal models of cholelithiasis.
