GS143 is a beta-TrCP1 ligase inhibitor. GS143 is a selective IkappaBalpha ubiquitination inhibitor with an IC50 of 5.2 µM for SCFbetaTrCP1-mediated IkappaBalpha ubiquitylation. GS143 suppresses NF-kappaB activation and transcription of target genes and does not inhibit proteasome activity.
