Product Description

ML-9 is a potent, selective Akt kinase inhibitor that inhibits myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) and stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1) activity. It acts on MLCK, PKA and PKC with Ki values of 4, 32 and 54 µM, respectively. In addition, ML-9 induces autophagy by stimulating the formation of autophagosomes and inhibiting their degradation.
