RSV604 (A-60444) is a cell-permeable, non-cytotoxic (CC50 >50 µM) benzodiazepine derivative that is reported to target respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) nucleoprotein (N), with a Kd of 1.6 µM. RSV604 displays submicromolar activity against numerous clinical isolates of both the A and B subtypes of RSV (average EC50s=0.8 µM).
