Application Notes:
A 26kDa band was detected in the Western blotting experiment (as shown on Fig.1) when the antibody was used at a 1:300,000 diluted concentration, and 2.5 µg GST antigen was loaded to the gel. The 26KDa band corresponds to the full length GST protein.
