Immunogen:
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human TEAD3
Alternative Names:
TEF5, TEAD5, TEF-5, DTEF-1, ETFR-1, TEAD-3
TEAD3 is a member of the transcriptional enhancer factor (TEF) family. The family members contain the TEA/ATTS DNA-binding domain. This member is preferentially expressed in placenta and transactivates the chorionic somatomammotropin gene enhancer. This gene encodes a member of the transcriptional enhancer factor (TEF) family. The family members contain the TEA/ATTS DNA-binding domain. This member is preferentially expressed in placenta and transactivates the chorionic somatomammotropin gene enhancer. The protein is encoded through the use of a non-AUG (ATA) translation initiation codon. This gene product is a member of the transcriptional enhancer factor (TEF) family of transcription factors, which contain the TEA/ATTS DNA-binding domain. It is predominantly expressed in the placenta and is involved in the transactivation of the chorionic somatomammotropin-B gene enhancer. Translation of this protein is initiated at a non-AUG (AUA) start codon.
Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment.
TEAD3 was immunoprecipitated from 2 mg HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate with ARP38277_P050 with 1:200 dilution. Western blot was performed using ARP38277_P050 at 1/1000 dilution. Lane 1: Control IP in HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane 2: TEAD3 IP with ARP38277_P050 in HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate. Lane 3: Input of HEK293 Whole Cell Lysate.
