Treponema-Total Antibodies kit is an ELISA based diagnostic kit for the qualitative determination of IgG, IgA and IgM (total Ab) to Treponema pallidum (T. pallidum) in human serum, plasma and liquor. The Treponema-Total Antibodies kit is a one-step solid phase enzyme immunoassay. Anti-T. pallidum total Ab from a sample or a control bind to the recombinant antigens TpN15, TpN17, TpN47 coated onto the inner surface of the microplate wells.
