The MIP-2 Luciferase Reporter cell line is a stably transfected HEK 293 cell line which expresses Renilla luciferase reporter gene under the transcriptional control of the MIP-2 promoter. Macrophage inflammatory protein 2 (MIP-2) is a small cytokine that belongs to the C-X-C chemokine family and is also known as CXCL2. MIP-2 is one of the major proinflammatory cytokines, which is induced by innate immune receptors such TLRs and Nods, and also mediates LPS-induced osteoclastogenesis. The MIP-2 induction by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) is shown in Figures 1.
Buffer:
Each vial contains 2 ~ 3 x 10 6 cells in 1 ml of 90% FBS + 10% DMSO.
Application Dilute:

Application:
Monitor the MIP-2 induction activity.Screen for activators or inhibitors of the MIP-2 signaling pathway.
Culture conditions:
Cells should be grown at 37C with 5% CO2 using DMEM medium supplemented with
