This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF680R dye. CF dyes are Biotiums line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red/near-IR fluorescent CF680R dye has excitation/emission at 680/701 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, mouse, and rat serum.
