This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF543 dye. CF dyes are Biotiums line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange fluorescent CF543 dye has excitation/emission at 541/560 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, bovine, horse, rabbit, and swine serum.
