This product is prepared by labeling an affinity-purified chicken anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF568 dye. CF dyes are Biotiums line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Red fluorescent CF568 dye has excitation/emission at 562/583 nm.
