Product Description

Sambucus nigra lectin, isolated from elderberry bark, binds preferentially to sialic acid attached to terminal galactose in alpha-2,6 and to a lesser degree, alpha-2,3 linkage. It is available conjugated to biotin and CF Dyes. Far-red/near-IR fluorescent CF680 dye has Ex/Em at 681/698 nm.
