Mag-Fluo-4, AM ester is membrane-permeant and thus can be loaded into cells via incubation. The AM ester is not itself fluorescent, but is hydrolyzed inside cells to release the fluorescent magnesium indicator Mag-Fluo-4 (Abs/Em 493/517 nm with high Mg2+). Unit size: 10x50 ug.
