CF dye tetrazine reacts with cyclooctene (TCO, methylcyclopropene) via copper free click chemistry, for reactions where damage to proteins from copper is a concern. Tetrazine has faster reaction kinetics than methyltetrazine. Far-red fluorescent CF660C dye has Ex/Em 667/685 nm.
