ADA-binding protein (ADABP), Adenosine deaminase complexing protein 2 (ADCP-2), Dipeptidyl peptidase 4, Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 soluble form, Dipeptidyl peptidase IV membrane form, Dipeptidyl peptidase IV soluble form, Dipeptidyl peptidase, intestinal, Dipeptidylpeptidase 4, Dipeptidylpeptidase IV, DPP4, DPPIV, Intestinal dipeptidyl peptidase, T-cell activation antigen CD26, TP103
Recognizes a glycoprotein of 110 kDa, identified as CD26. It is an atypical serine protease belonging to the prolyl oligopeptidase family. It is expressed on lymphocyte cells and is upregulated during T-cell activation. CD26 is also expressed on activated B cells and natural killer cells and abundantly on epithelia. CD26 is implicated in a variety of biological functions including T-cell activation, cell adhesion with extracellular matrix such as fibronectin or collagens, and in HIV infection.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
For coating for ELISA, order Ab without BSA|Higher concentration may be required for direct detection using primary antibody conjugates than for indirect detection with secondary antibody|Not recommended for FFPE|Optimal dilution and staining procedure for a specific application should be determined by user|Recommended starting concentrations for titration are 1-2 ug/mL for most applications, or 1 ug/million cells/100 uL for flow cytometry|Does not react with pig or sheep, others not tested
