Bcl-2-like Protein 2, BCL2L2, BCL-W, BCL2-L-2, BCL-W
Bcl-2-like protein 2 (BCL2L2) is a member of the Bcl-2 protein family. Bcl-2-like protein 2 promotes cell survival and blocks dexamethasone-induced apoptosis. It also mediates survival of postmitotic Sertoli cells by suppressing death-promoting activity of BAX. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF Dyes and other labels. CF Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF405S and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
