Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 30-76 of Human ATRIP.
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Names:
ATR-interacting protein, ATM and Rad3-related-interacting protein, ATRIP, AGS1
The product of the ATRIP gene is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint, and binds to single stranded DNA coated with replication protein A that accumulates at sites of DNA damage. The encoded protein interacts with the ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related protein, a checkpoint kinase, resulting in accumulation of the kinase at intranuclear foci induced by DNA damage. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Form:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Application Dilute:
IHC: 1:50~1:200 IF: 1:50~1:200
Application Notes:
ATRIP (D64) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of ATRIP protein.
