Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 306-360 of Human CYP2A13.
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Names:
CYP2A13, CPAD, CYP2A, CYPIIA13, EC 1.14.14.1
CYP2A13 belongs to the cytochrome P450 superfamily. These anzymes are monooxygenases which catalyze several reactions related to drug metabolism and to the synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. CYP2A13 is involved in the metabolism of 4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone, a nitrosamine specific to tobacco.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Form:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Application Dilute:
IHC: 1:50~1:200 IF: 1:50~1:200
Application Notes:
CYP2A13 (N338) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of CYP2A13 protein.
