A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 345-445 of human NEK2 (NP_002488.1).
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Names:
NLK1, RP67, NEK2A, HsPK21, PPP1R111, NEK2
This gene encodes a serine/threonine-protein kinase that is involved in mitotic regulation. This protein is localized to the centrosome, and undetectable during G1 phase, but accumulates progressively throughout the S phase, reaching maximal levels in late G2 phase.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Form:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Application Dilute:
WB 1:500 - 1:2000 IHC-P 1:50 - 1:200
Application Notes:
NEK2 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of NEK2 protein.
