Western Blot Validation of ACE2. Lane 1: SH-SY5Y cell lysates, Lane 2: HepG2 cell lysates and Lane 3: 293T cell lysates probed with ACE2 antibody, orb1274172, at 1:1000 dilution and 4 °C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37 °C.
