BAMB-4 (ITPKA-IN-C14) is a cell-permeable small molecule inhibitor of inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate-3-kinase A (ITPKA) with an IC50 of 37 µM. It is used in biochemical and cellular research to study ITPKAs role in cancer cell metastasis, particularly in lung tumor models, by blocking its metastasis-promoting activity.
