Lisuride maleate is a non-selective dopamine agonist and G-protein-biased 5-HT2A receptor agonist that inhibits prolactin secretion. It is utilized in research models of Parkinsons disease, depression, and hyperprolactinemia for both in vitro receptor studies and in vivo behavioral and neuroendocrine experiments.
