cDPCP is a monofunctional platinum-based DNA crosslinking agent transported by OCT1/OCT2. It inhibits RNA polymerase II transcription in vitro and demonstrates in vivo efficacy, increasing survival in murine S180 sarcoma and P388 leukemia models.
