P95 is a metabolite of the atypical antipsychotic iloperidone. It acts as an antagonist at serotonin 5-HT2A and several adrenergic receptors (alpha1, alpha2B, alpha2C) with nanomolar affinity, but its peripheral restriction makes it a useful tool for in vitro studies of receptor pharmacology without central effects.
