Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

Western blot analysis of anti-CPT1A Pab in Y79 cell line lysate (35 ug/lane). CPT1A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Left image is paraformaldehyde-fixed and paraffin-embedded cow lactating with CPT1A Pab, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining, right image is contrast, did not add the antibody.
