Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.

This GPLD1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 679-709 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human GPLD1.

GPLD1 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the GPLD1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
GPLD2-R694 western blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the GPLD2 antibody detected the GPLD2 protein (arrow).
