Cy5-DBCO is a near-infrared fluorescent dye derivative that enables bioorthogonal labeling via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) click chemistry with azide-containing molecules. Its excitation/emission at 650/670 nm makes it suitable for in vivo imaging and in vitro assays like fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.
