Immunofluorescence staining of MDCK-SIAT1 cells transfected with SARS-CoV-2 NP with anti-Covid-19 & SARS-CoV Nucleocapsid antibody 1C7C7. Immunofluorescence analysis of MDCK-SIAT1 cells stably transfected with SARS-CoV-2 NP. The cells were seeded in a flat bottomed 96 well plate overnight, fixed in 10% formalin at 4C for 30 min, permeabilised for 20 min at RT and then stained with the chimeric human IgG1 version of 1C7C7 in PBS/0.1% BSA at 10 µg/ml for 1 hour followed by a goat anti-human Alexa Fluor 647 (Invitrogen) secondary antibody.
