YT 6-2 analog-1 is an autophagy-targeting ligand (ATL) for p62/SQSTM1, used to synthesize the AUTOTAC degrader ATC-324. ATC-324 induces autophagic-lysosomal degradation of the Androgen Receptor (AR), including common mutants, reducing its nuclear levels and activity in prostate cancer research, as supported by in vitro studies.
