P-gp inhibitor 27 (Compound D2) is a small molecule that suppresses P-glycoprotein and MRP1 expression. It enhances Rh123 accumulation in resistant A2780/T cells and effectively reverses multidrug resistance to Paclitaxel and Cisplatin in vitro, with an EC50 of 88 nM against Paclitaxel.
