Coriolin B exhibits activity against Gram-positive bacteria, weak activity against Gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and Trichomonas vaginalis. At a concentration of 5 µg/mL, Coriolin B inhibits 61.6% of Yoshida sarcoma growth but shows no inhibitory effect on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma in animals.
