Cyprodinil (Standard) is the standard substance of Cyprodinil, and it is applicable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. Cyprodinil, an anilinopyrimidine broad-spectrum fungicide, inhibits methionine biosynthesis in phytopathogenic fungi, effectively limiting cell growth of B. cinerea, P. herpotrichoides, and H. oryzae on amino acid-free media with IC 50 values of 0.44, 4.8, and 0.03 µM, respectively. Additionally, in the absence of the androgen receptor (AR) agonist DHT, Cyprodinil acts as an AR agonist (EC 50 =1.91 µM) and counters DHTs androgenic effects (IC 50 =15.1 µM).
