The secreted recombinant mouse mIL34 consists of 226 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 26 kDa. Due to glycosylation, rm IL34 migrates as several bands with the MW of approximately 38 kDa or higher in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
