Anti-DOG IgG Antibody is a F(ab)2 fragment and is Peroxidase Conjugated. Anti-Dog antibody detects Dog or canine IgG heavy and light chains. F(ab)2 Antibody was generated by enzymatic cleavage and subsequent separation from the Fc fragment. Because of th

Purity:
F(ab')2 Anti-DOG IgG Antibody is Peroxidase Conjugated. The F(ab’)2 fragment of a rabbit IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography and pepsin digestion followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Dog IgG and Dog Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Rabbit IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin.

Target:
Dog
Antibody Type:
Secondary Antibody
Application Dilute:
ELISA Dilution: 1:10,000 - 1:50,000, Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500, Western Blot Dilution: 1:1,000 - 1:10,000
Application Notes:
Dog antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:100,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for anti-dog antibody. F(ab')2 Anti-Dog IgG is suitable for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
