The anti-Human kappa (kappa chain) Antibody detects the kappa chain subunit. Immunoglobulins are heterotetramers composed of 2 immunoglobulin heavy and 2 immunoglobulin light chains. The immunoglobulin light chain is the small polypeptide subunit of an antib
Clonality:
Polyclonal

Buffer:
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Purity:
Anti-Human k (kappa chain) Antibody has been prepared from monospecific antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human Kappa coupled to agarose beads. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. In order to assure specificity cross-adsorptions were performed against a panel of Human IgM Lambda, Human IgG Lambda and Human IgA Lambda proteins.

20 mM K3PO4,150 mM NaCl,pH 7,2,lyophilisate,0,01% Thimerosal
Target:
Human
Antibody Type:
Secondary Antibody
Application Dilute:
ELISA Dilution: 1:77,000, Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,000, Western Blot Dilution: 1:1,000 - 1:10,000
Application Notes:
This secondary Anti-Human k (kappa chain) Antibody is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays. Anti-human kappa chain Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of human kappa light chain in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
