Anti-Human IgG (gamma chain) Biotin generated in goat detects human Immunoglobulin G (gamma chain). It is a protein complex composed of four peptide chains - two identical heavy chains and two identical light chains arranged in a Y-shape typical of antib
Clonality:
Polyclonal
Concentration:
1.0 mg/mL
Isotype:
Ig
Buffer:
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Purity:
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA minimal cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain proteins.

Secondary Antibody
Application Dilute:
ELISA Dilution: 1:20,000 - 1:100,000, Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000, Western Blot Dilution: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000
Application Notes:
Anti-Human IgG (gamma chain) Biotin has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin #S000-03 and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:7,000 to 1:24,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
