Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. Typically less than 1% cross reactivity was observed against other Mouse heavy chain isotypes.
