Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgA and Rat Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other rat heavy or light chain isotypes.
