F(ab)2 Anti-Human IgG IgA IgM (H&L) Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody generated in goat detects human (heavy and light chain) immunoglobulin G, A, and M. Immunoglobulin G binds to antigens and can neutralize or opsonize targets, and are predominantly involve
Clonality:
Polyclonal

Ig
Buffer:
0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0
Purity:
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all human immunoglobulins and chain combinations. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or Mouse Serum Proteins.

Application Notes:
F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgG IgA IgM (H&L) Alkaline Phosphate Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Human IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
