Alternative Names: Goat F(ab)2 Anti-Human kappa (kappa chain) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugation, Goat F(ab)2 Anti-Human kappa chain HRP Conjugated Antibody
Format: F(ab')2
Target Specificity: Kappa (light chain)
Cross-Adsorption (MinX): no cross-adsorbtion
F(ab)2 anti-Human (kappa chain) antibody generated in goat detects specifically Human IgG kappa chain. This secondary antibody anti-Human is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more genera
Clonality: Polyclonal
Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL
Isotype: Ig
Buffer: 0.125 M Sodium Borate, 0.075 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M EDTA, pH 8.0
Purity: F(ab')2 Anti-Human (kappa chain) Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.   Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum.  No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).   Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Form: Lyophilized
Formula: 125 mM Sodium Borate,75 mM NaCl,5 mM EDTA,pH 8,0,lyophilisate,0,01% Thimerosal
Target: Human
Antibody Type: Secondary Antibody
Application Dilute: ELISA Dilution: 1:50,000, Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000, Western Blot Dilution: 1:2,000 - 1:10,000
Application Notes: F(ab')2 Anti-human kappa chain has been assayed against 1.0 ug of human kappa light chain in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:8,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
