F(ab)2 Anti-Rat IgG F(ab)2 Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody generated in goat detects Rat F(ab)2. Representing approximately 75% of serum immunoglobulins, IgG is the most abundant antibody isotype found in the circulation. IgG molecules are synthesized and
Clonality:
Polyclonal
Concentration:
0.6 mg/mL
Isotype:
Ig
Buffer:
0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0
Purity:
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG F(ab’)2 and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rat Fc or Bovine, Horse, and Human Serum Proteins.

50 mM TrisHCl,150 mM NaCl,1 mM MgCl,0,1 mM ZnCl,50% (v/v) Glycerol,pH 8,0,lyophilisate,0.05% NaN3
Target:
Rat
Antibody Type:
Secondary Antibody
Application Dilute:
ELISA Dilution: 1:5,000 - 1:50,000, Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:200 - 1:1,000, Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500
Application Notes:
F(ab')2 Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for F(ab')2 Anti-Rat IgG Antibody.
