Ig
Buffer:
0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Purity:
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Donkey Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Donkey IgG F(c) or Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Rat
Antibody Type:
Secondary Antibody
Application Dilute:
Flow Cytometry Dilution: User Optimized, Fluorochrome Protein Value: 5.2, IF Microscopy Dilution: 1:500-1:2,500
Application Notes:
This product is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
