Product Description Recombinant full-length human lysosomal phospholipase A2 (LPLA2) protein with C-terminal 6X-HIS tag was expressed in HEK 293 cells and purified using Ni-IMAC chromatography. The 6X-His tag was then removed by TEV protease. hLPLA2 is a lysosomal enzyme that has both calcium-independent phospholipase A2 and transacylase activities.
