Product Description

LP-01 (CIN-16645) is an ionizable cationic lipid and has similar structure as 11-A-M (Echelon Cat#: N-1111). LP-01 can form lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) with cholesterol, DSPC, and PEG2k-DMG. The LNP nucleic acid assemblies can deliver single-guide RNA (sgRNA) targeting MHC class II transactivator (CIITA) in T cells.
