Synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of human ERK1&2 phosphorylated at Thr202/185 and Tyr204/187. This region is conserved among many species including mouse, rat, bovine, frog and fly.
Purified by sequential epitope-specific chromatography. The antibody has been negatively preadsorbed using a non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphopeptide used as the immunogen. The final product was generated by affinity chromatography.
